Batch payments allow you to send funds to multiple recipients in a single transaction, saving you time and simplifying your payment process. Whether you're paying vendors, employees, or other beneficiaries, Bujeti makes it easy to handle bulk payments efficiently.
Follow the steps below to get started:
Step 1 - Log In
Log in to your dashboard and navigate to one of the menus that allow you to make payments. You can access the "Send Funds" button from the "Dashboard", "Transactions", and "Accounts" menus.
At the top right of your Dashboard, you will see the "Send Funds" button. Clicking this takes you to the payment initiation screen, where you can choose how to send money.
After selecting "Send Funds", you'll be given various payment options. Choose "Batch Payment" for sending multiple payments at once, ideal for paying multiple vendors or handling bulk transactions.
Step 4: Choose a Batch Name and Download the Template
To proceed with batch payments, create a Batch Name and download the provided template. This will help you to organize the payments efficiently.
In the template, add the necessary information like:
- The Recipient's name
- Account Details
- Bank Name
- Category of the Payment
- Description of the Payment
Once completed, upload the file to the platform.
You also have the option to manually input payment details directly on the platform. Fill in the bank details, source of funds, amount, payment category, and description.
Once all details are filled in, click "Save" to store the batch payment information before review.
Before submitting, carefully review the details of each payment to ensure accuracy.
Once you're confident that the details are correct, click "Submit" to proceed with the payments.
A final confirmation screen will appear, allowing you to verify the details one more time before completing the transaction.
If everything looks correct, click "Confirm" to complete and finalize the bulk payment.
