While Bujeti’s payment system is designed to be highly reliable, there may be rare occasions when a transaction fails. If your payment encounters an issue, there's no need to worry, retrying the transaction is quick and straightforward.


By following a few simple steps, you can attempt the payment again without hassle.

Step 1: Log In to the Dashboard.

Once logged into your Bujeti account, navigate to your Dashboard. Here, you'll manage all your financial transactions and have access to the full overview of your account.

On the left-hand side, you’ll see the sidebar with different options. From there, click on the Transactions tab.


Step 2: Navigate to the Transactions Page.

On the sidebar, click on the Transactions tab. This will bring up a detailed list of all your previous and ongoing transactions, allowing you to see any that may have failed.


Step 3: Select the Failed Transaction.

Scroll through your list of transactions and locate the one that has failed. Click on it to open more details about the payment.


Step 4: Retry the Payment.

Once the transaction is open, select Retry Transaction at the bottom of the page.This will initiate the payment again.


We recommend waiting at least 30 minutes before retrying a failed payment to avoid duplicate transactions. This ensures the system has enough time to process any pending issues.
