Making a bank transfer through our platform is simple and secure. Whether you need to pay invoices, transfer funds between your accounts, or send payments to third parties, our intuitive tool allows you to manage your financial transactions with ease. This guide will walk you through the steps to complete your bank transfers while taking advantage of the advanced features for tracking and managing your financial flows.

Step 1Log in to your dashboard and navigate to one of the menus that allow you to make payments. 

You can access the "Send Funds" button from the Dashboard, Transactions, and Accounts menus.


Step 2 - Click on "Send Funds"
You will be redirected to the payment module.


Step 3 - Click on "Single Payment"

Step 4 - Select the source of funds.

Choose the source of funds from which you want to make the payment. This can be a bank account or a budget.


Step 5 - Input the amount you want to transfer.


Step 6 - Select or Create the recipient of the transfer.
If you have already made a transfer to this recipient and it is registered in the system, you just need to select them from your list of vendors.

If it’s the first time you are making a transfer to this recipient or if they are not registered as a vendor, you can create a new recipient by clicking on "Create" after entering the recipient's name.

You will then need to provide the recipient's bank information by specifying the bank name and the bank account number.


Step 7 - Select the category of the payment.

You can categorize the payment by selecting the relevant option from the list. This feature helps with tracking and organizing your payments, making future reports and audits easier.


Step 8 - Click on "Review details"


Step 9 - Verify that all payment details are correct.

Step 10 - Notify the recipient (optional)

You can choose to send an email notification to the recipient, letting them know that the payment has been made. This is optional but useful if you want to provide immediate confirmation.


Step 11 - Add a Payment Description (optional)

To help keep track of your payments, you can add a short description or note that outlines the purpose of the transaction.


Step 12 - Attach a receipt (optional)

If you have receipts, invoices, or any other documents related to the payment, you can attach them at this stage.


Step 13 - Click on "Confirm and pay"

And there you go! Your transaction is being processed.
