How Can I Create a Virtual Corporate Card?

Corporate cards on Bujeti are essential for your employees to pay for work-related expenses, while allowing you track how much is being spent in real time.

On Bujeti, you have the flexibility to create either virtual or physical corporate cards. Virtual corporate cards can be issued in either Naira or Dollar, providing the convenience of handling international online transactions and recurring payments seamlessly.

Step 1: After logging into your Bujeti Dashboard, navigate to the side bar and click on Cards.

Step 2: Select Create A Card at the top right corner of your screen.

Step 3: Click on the option for either Multi-use Virtual Card or Single-use Virtual Card.

Multi-use virtual cards can be used multiple times for various transactions and it remains active till you decide to deactivate it.

They are ideal for repeat transactions, and regular online purchases while Single-use Virtual Cards can be used for a single transaction and deactivates automatically after that transaction (Depending on your preference).

You can choose to make it a Dollar card or a Naira Card.

Step 5: Click on the Advanced Settings dropdown. Here you can streamline what the card can be used for, the spending limit etc.

Step 6: Click on Create Card.

Your virtual corporate card is ready and will be active for use in less than 5 minutes. You can also see what transactions your virtual cards ca be used for here.
